How it works
A subscription sends you recurring shipments of the products you choose, at the frequency you pick (for example, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). It renews automatically each cycle until you cancel.
Billing
You're billed in advance each cycle at the current price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Recurring charges run on or about the same day of the month as your first order, based on your chosen frequency. Charges appear on your statement as MNNUTRA 888-218-8866.
Renewal reminders
We email you a reminder at least 3 business days before each renewal charge, so you always know what's coming. The reminder includes the amount, the billing date, the products, and how to skip, change, or cancel before you're charged. If a price ever changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email first.
Managing your subscription
Log in to your account to change your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or update your shipping address and payment details. To apply to your next shipment, make changes at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Skipping, pausing, and canceling
You can cancel anytime — it's designed to be as easy as signing up. Cancel from your online account, or contact us at support@mnnutra.com or +1 (888) 218-8866. To avoid the next charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel after a charge has already processed, it takes effect for the following cycle and you'll still receive the shipment you paid for.
If a payment fails
If a payment is declined, we may try again. Keeping your payment details current in your account helps avoid interruptions.
Refunds
Subscription refunds follow our Refund Policy. Note that canceling doesn't automatically refund an order that's already been processed. See our full Subscription Terms on the site for more.
